Passports are required for travel outside of travelers' country of residence. Please be advised that some destinations require an entry visa.
City tax of 5% and VAT tax of 6% is not included in the rate but is added at time of payment.
Breakfast is not included in the rate but may be purchased at a cost of €13 (approximately $12 US.)

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS): Approximate driving time is 20 minutes and distance is 8 miles or 13 kilometers.
Driving directions from AMS Airport: There is a shuttle service from the airport available two to three times an hour. Upon arrival at Schiphol ask the KLM staff to direct you to the shuttle bus. Tickets can be bought either at the KLM desk or on the bus. A fare one way is approximately €8 (US$7.50), and a return fare is approximately €13.50 (US$12.50).
