Hotel Principe - overview.

One of the oldest palaces on the Canal Grande houses the Hotel Principe, which has its own private landing platform for gondolas and private water taxis. The hotel building, The Palazzo Calbo-Crotta, is a gothic structure dating back to the 15th century.
Rooms at the hotel, some of which have views of the canal, are furnished in a traditional Venetian style with modern luxuries.
The hotel itself, aside from enjoying a splendid location, is a fine example of Venetian grandeur in that it is luxurious without being extravagant— beautifully decorated throughout with authentic color schemes and finishes.

Standard Double Room - The standard double room features one queen-size or two twin beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of two guests.
Standard Triple Room - The standard triple room features one queen-size and one single or three single beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of three guests.

Ristorante il Principe – The restaurant offers local and international specialties and enjoys a backdrop of the Canal Grande.

Tax of 10% is not included in the rate but is added at time of payment.
Breakfast is not included in the rate but may be purchased at an additional cost.
Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
There are no room charges for children 2 and younger occupying the same room as their parents.
Rollaway beds and cribs may be available and fees may apply; both should be requested at time of booking.

Venice Marco Polo (VCE) Airport: Approximate driving time is 30 minutes and distance is 9.3 miles or 15 kilometers.
Driving directions from Venice Marco Polo Airport: Follow the signs for Venice. Upon entering Venice, take the SS14 for approximately 8 Kilometers (5 miles) and then turn onto Via della Libertà (mestre), followed by Ponte della Libertà (SS11). Turn onto Piazzale Roma and then immediately onto Fondamenta Cossetti, shortly afterwards take Fondamenta, then Fondamenta de la Crosa, leading to Fondamenta San Simeon Piccolo, Ponte Scalzi and Rio Terà Lista de Spagna.
Alternatively, from Marco Polo Airport you can reach Venice and the Hotel Principe by bus, taxi or boat-taxi in about half an hour.
