Kid-friendly amenities include the Family Fun Zone, which features a family pool, an activity center, and a teen center with pool tables and video games.
Adults can escape to the top-floor health club with an indoor pool and spa, fitness equipment, outdoor sundeck, and lounge.

Delta Room - These guestrooms are located in the north tower and have no balconies. Rooms feature one queen or two double beds and can accommodate a maximum of four guests.
Delta Premier Room - Located in the south tower, these rooms were renovated in 2001 and feature balconies overlooking the city. Rooms have one king or two double beds and can accommodate a maximum of four guests.

Bb33 Bistro and Brasserie - Two restaurants in one, Bb33 offers both formal and informal dining options. The formal Bistro showcases Canadian cuisine for dinner only. The informal Brasserie features a breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet Monday–Saturday, and an à la carte menu daily—French-Canadian-style onion soup with aged cheddar is a favorite that attracts both locals and repeat guests.
Deck 27 - Toronto’s skyline provides the backdrop for daily Continental breakfast in the 27th-floor health-club lounge. Only adults are admitted in the evenings.
Market Garden - Self-serve gourmet fare, including take-out service, is available for three meals daily. The restaurant’s open-air Chelsea Garden Terrace is also open seasonally.
Monarchs Pub - Pool tables and a big-screen television attract a lively crowd for pub fare, premium beer, and a wide selection of single-malt scotches. Open daily for dinner, the lounge features live entertainment on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Elm Street Lounge - This martini nightspot features a lunch-only curry buffet and pasta special each day, along with an à la carte menu.
24-hour room service is also available.
