Postrio - Paintings by Robert Rauchenberg, glass sculpture by Dale Chihuly, swirling ribbons of copper and marble, and a glamorous, see-and-be-seen crowd set the stage for contemporary regional cuisine, executed with a showmanship that is pure Wolfgang Puck. Specialties such as sautéed sea scallops with ginger pineapple and jalapeno vinaigrette, and roasted liberty duck breast with mille-feuille of curried peaches, are served from the large, open kitchen. Puck’s famous pizzettas and other lighter fare are also available at the lobby-entrance bar–no reservations required.
