At Porte de Clingnancourt (N14)/Cergy-Pontoise take the Boulevard Périphérique (ring road) and exit at Porte de Saint-Ouen. Follow Avenue de la Porte de St-Ouen, turning left at Boulevard Bessières, and continuing all the way over the train tracks to Rue de Rome. The hotel is at the intersection.
