The hotel is situated in the very center of Nice on Rue du Maréchal Joffre which runs parallel with well-known Boulevard Victor Hugo.
Rooms feature fully equipped bathroom, direct dial telephone and satellite color TV; some connecting rooms are available.
There is parking at 100 meters (fee) from the hotel and the beach is slightly further at 300 meters, still within a leisurely stroll.

Single Room - The single room features one single bed; rooms can accommodate a maximum of one guest.
Double Room - The double room features one double or two twin beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of two guests.
Triple Room - The triple room features one double and one single bed; rooms can accommodate a maximum of three guests.
Quadruple Room - The quadruple room features two double beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of four guests.

Tax of 5.5% is not included in the rate but is added at time of payment. Breakfast is not included in the rate but may be purchased at an additional cost. Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. There are no room charges for children under the age of 12 occupying the same room as their parents. Rollaway beds and cribs may be available and fees may apply; both should be requested at time of booking. All bedding requests are subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking. Driving directions from Nice Airport: Follow the signs to Nice and upon entry into Nice, take the N98 passing through the “Tunnel de Magnan”. Take the Promenade des Anglais and turn on to Boulevard Gambetta before turning onto Rue du Maréchal Joffre.
