  Directions from Manchester International Airport: Take M56 to Manchester, which leads into A5103. Continue until you come to a roundabout. Take the third exit on the left off the roundabout, and head towards Piccadilly. As you approach Piccadilly, follow the sign for Oldham. This takes you onto Portland Street. Drive up Portland Street with the Britannia Hotel on your right. Drive straight onto Newton Street and go through the next set of traffic lights. Turn left at the second set of traffic lights onto Hilton Street and take the second left onto Spear Street.
