• Wë - The cuisine is French-influenced and the atmosphere is chic. Ruby-red velvet booths and chairs fill the romantic space. One wall of floor-to-ceiling windows looks out onto the street and the opposite, mirrored wall contains candle sconces. Breakfast offerings include Eggs Benedict, a three-egg frittata, buttermilk pancakes, and fresh-squeezed fruit juices. Lunch features pastas, chicken, and salads. At dinner, the menu includes grilled sea bass, fish stew, and grilled beef tenderloin. A pre-theater menu includes three courses for a fixed price.
• Whiskey Blue - Travelers and fashionably dressed urban professionals pack this low-lit club, open daily from late afternoon to after midnight. Groovy R&B music plays and the drink menu includes sweet martinis, strong whiskeys, and smooth wines. "A 20-mile-long lakefront path that borders Lake Michigan’s shoreline is just 5 blocks east of the hotel. Guests can bring gear for running, walking, bicycling, or in-line skating. Travelers can also rent bicycles, in-line skates, and open-air pedal-powered buggies designed for groups at several beachfront locations. During summer months, Oak Street Beach (2 miles north) is popular for sunbathing and for swimming when lifeguards are on duty. Also in summer, beach volleyball courts are available. Public tennis courts and a public golf course are both 6 miles northeast of the hotel.

  Driving directions from O’Hare International Airport: Depart the airport by driving northeast on the Departures ramp. Merge onto I-190 heading east toward Chicago. I-190 E becomes the Kennedy Expwy. Take the Kennedy Expwy to the Washington Blvd Exit E and turn left onto Washington Blvd. Turn right on LaSalle St, then turn right onto Adams St and proceed to the hotel.

  Driving directions from Midway Airport: Depart the airport by driving toward the Airport Exit. Continue toward Arrivals. Turn left onto S Cicero Ave to I-55 N/Stevenson Expwy. When the highway splits, take the Dan Ryan Expwy (I-90/1-94) heading west toward Wisconsin. After a long merging ramp, continue on I-90/I-94 W to the Eisenhower Expwy/I-290 toward Chicago Loop. I-290 becomes Congress Pkwy. Continue on Congress Pkwy to Dearborn St. Turn left onto Dearborn St, then left onto Adams St and proceed to the hotel.
