The City Residence is a modern building comprising spacious apartment-style accommodation. Each apartment contains a private bathroom, dining area, and equipped kitchenette. Other features include a television, phone, safe box, and a CD hi-fi system.
The U-bahn (metro) Bismarckstrasse station and S-bahn (train) Charlottenburg station are both within easy walking distance of your apartment, offering easy access to other areas of Berlin.

Single Room - These rooms feature one single bed; rooms can accommodate a maximum of one guest.
Double Room - These rooms feature one king or two single beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of two guests.

The City Residence office hours are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Please note that computerized 24-hour check-in is available at the City Residence.
Passports are required for travel outside of travelers' country of residence. Please be advised that some destinations require an entry visa.
Tax of 16% is not included in the rate but is added at time of payment.
Breakfast is not available at the City Residence.
